The proprety is clean, the cleaning stuff are particularly friendly and hinestly dona good job. The location is amazing, the beach is close.

The elevators were broken, we didnt mind a good old climbing the stairs but our baby did not appreciate this experience so much. The choice of food for breakfast leaves much to be desired, pretty poor unfortunately, but pancakes were alright, which was our breakfast for two days.

Great Location

Location is a great asset.

I arrived on new year eve and wanted to have a dinner or join dinner at buffet area but no proper team could usher me advise me how I could join or how much it cost etc. I did asked the front desk and they do not responsible for banquet. He ce we end up went to bar and call it the night. Hence, the mgt not sync to manage guests.

the breakfast was average. the location of the hotel is on the sea.

the auto park is not managed properly. I had to park my car within the hotel park after a tough argument with the security on the pretext the park is small. The TV channels are not satisfactory at all; few local channels and few French. No English channels. No movie channels. No international Arabic channels.

It is a classic old sea resort, decent, but nothing crazy.

The outside pool looks very nice, the room is big and the bed is comfortable. Staff was very nice.

The corridors weren't lit up, everything looked a bit left out/not taken care of.

staff was nice; close to the citadel.

Disappointed by the city and this hotel. Stayed for a whole week but didn't get one night good sleep because noise was coming from everywhere due to the hotel structure. It was just too loud day and night. Booked breakfast and dinner, and the food was just bad! Absolutely no taste at all. And no drinks provided, not even water! There was no private beach and the water around the hotel was stinky.

Work trip with charme

Rooms are charming, comfortable and enormous, the quality of sleep is good. I have loved mattress and pillows. The hotel location is amazing: room have wide balconies with stunning sea-view, the marina is just around the corner and the old town at 10 minutes walk.

Level of cleanliness should be improved, both in bathroom and in the restaurant. Food is average. Staff at the reception is extremely nice and supportive, some waiters are not so nice/reactive.

Avoid this hotel!

Only the location. It is right on the beach and a five minutes walk to the two main touristic spots in Monastir, forte El Ribat and the Bourguiba mausoleum.

The hotel is very old and it is apparent everywhere you look. The furniture needs serious updating, the air conditioning was not functioning in the first room we got, and after we changed rooms it was not much better. I saw a cockroach crawling just a few centimetres from the buffet dishes where pastries are served, and besides that the overall quality of the food is subpar. I would not stay there again, and if I absolutely had to, I would opt for the option with least meals so that I can get proper food from the restaurants nearby.

Not a pleasent stay.

The food was so bad. We had a lot Of stomache problems. It was not only us But other people that was living there together with us. The people working there was not helpful or kind people. The entertaining personel were not interested to play with the children. The rooms were old and not well taken care of. The beds were Good and the rooms were large. They had an ATM machine in the Hotel.

I would not return or recomend This Hotel to anyone.

Recommended for short stay but after two days it might be very boring.

We got a room with an Sea View. The room had huge space and balcony was too big

The stuff was great and friendly we could even check-in half hour before our time EXCEPT one GUY working at the reception on the night shift who was VERY UNFRIENDLY. We informed the reception that we will checkout 3AM and that we need a taxi. At 3AM the GUY at the reception said I wont call the taxi if you don't pay me money plus he said he have around 300 Euro Extra Bill. That was horrible feeling and we had to argue with him for a long time until asking to call his manager at 3AM. At that moment he called a taxi and said you can leave and forget about the extra bill. I am very sure he made up that extra bill story to get money from us.
